My elderly mum was diagnosed with vulva cancer a couple of months ago. She is waiting on surgery however not had word yet.  She is in a lot of pain tonight, bleeding and feels fed up.  She is taking paracetamol but the stronger pain meds make her feel bad.  I dont know what to suggest and I hate that she is so uncomfortable
