Wife has been diagnosed with Bladder cancer. I feel like I've been turned upside down. Has anyone else been in this position?

My wife has recently been diagnosed with Bladder cancer,she is awaiting  results to find out the level.I just feel like I've been turned upside down.

Wondered if it would help  me speaking to people in the same situation.

    My mum was diagnosed with bladder cancer a few weeks ago. She is having surgery to remove her bladder on Monday. 

    It’s such a huge shock but by reading information and asking lots of questions we’ve felt as informed as possible. 

    I still have a lot of questions though
