I have just found out that my dad has stage 4 cancer it’s such a shock, he is so young, it’s spread. I don’t know what to do for example cry with him or be strong for him
Hi, we've just found out my mums bowel cancer has returned, no treatment available so that's it. Such a weird situation to try and get the balance between trying not to make it the focus of everything but not ignoring that it's there. I have no advice but its really tough, I'm sure whatever you do will be right for your dad
