  • Hi.  My husband same diagnosis.  I get you.  I find myself watching my man, trying to "capture" him.  All a bit unreal, isn't it ?

My way of coping, as there is nothing I can do to take the cancer away, is that I've decided to look at this as a gift of intense closeness with him...a gift not every couple have.  I'd rather it wasn't this way, however...

I wish you strength.   He may be feeling guilty that he is going to leave.  But you don't know what the future is, it's not a given that you will be left behind.  Whatever happens  you will be stronger for this, knowing that you stood together, as a unit.

You are the first person, apart from him, I have "talked" about it to.
