Good morning. My son was diagnosed in April 2024.He is doing well on chemo only,but I'm now going through a phase where I either can't go off to sleep or I wake up and can't go back.anyone experiencing this?x
It's good to hear your son is doing well, although I'm sorry to hear you are struggling with the sleep issues at the moment.
I'm not sure if you have tried anything to help with this - NHS offers some tips and methods which may be useful to have a look at. It may also be worth looking at the relaxation and breathing exercises that Maggie's talk about. There are also apps available that can help, such as Headspace and others.
