So sorry for your situation. Sometimes people avoid you as they just don’t know what to say, which makes it even harder for you. Is there anyone close, friend or family you could reach out to? Or are there local support groups? Macmillan or other voluntary organisations, the local hospice are usually very supportive.
Take care x
I’m so sorry to hear this. It’s so difficult. Remember that we are here to talk to anytime x
So sorry you are going through this. Maybe some people leave you alone because they are afraid of taking up your time with your husband. If you have family maybe you can talk to them & let them know how you feel.
my husband has terminal cancer too....i can relate to feeling lonely.....you have to be the strong one ....its a life of ups and downs but try to stay as positive as you can for both of you...we are 17 months since diagnosis x
So sorry to hear this. It can be awkward for some to understand. Make sure to ask for help from friends, neighbours or family if you feel able. They may be glad to help- for example shopping. My brother has advanced prostate cancer and has few friends nearby. I go over every couple of weeks to stay and help him for a few days. He’s 50 miles away - we talk daily though.
