Hi Maslow. I was diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer which had already spread to the liver and lymph nodes. Given months rather than years to live, that was end of August last year. I started chemotherapy ( my only option) in October. Had some yesterday. 

I can't talk to husband about the cancer, he just says oh you're tough you can beat it. I tend to push him away and be angry with him. I can speak all day to two of my friends about it but haven't even told my brother or sisters yet. Don't know how or where to start. I feel so isolated and guilty. How can we cope? 

Hi Linda, that’s awful, I’m supporting my wife fully, I’ve given up work to look after her, you must tell your siblings, let it out, poor you, you need support, don’t feel guilty, please reach out, will help you, I hope you do, and that it helps, and your entitled to be angry with your husband, best of luck to you in your journey

I think we need to be fully aware of the disease, treatments and choices to be made.

I was 64 when I was diagnosed too. Husband says the same as you, he feels helpless and useless. At least you are looking for information, he won't.
