Pancreatic cancer

My wife was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on 18th dec 23 

we are trying to come to terms with it, and trying to get more information 

we are dealing with it ourselves, and I’m caring for her, no help so far, 

and she is only 64, I feel helpless and useless 

trying to deal with everyday issues, trips to hospital, my friends have been really good, 

Apparently pancreatic cancer as only a 8% servival rate,
