On january 5th i was told that my 82 year old nan was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and it was inoperable and she was to far gone for chemotherapy. She's now taking morphine and this steroid to help her breath better and ease the pain. Personally i don't know how to feel or even how to work out how to deal with the fact i have a couple months left with one of women who helped raise me, who's always been there and did there apsolute best to make my life better any way she could and now i feel helpless. Her health is just on the decline and it gets worse each and every time i go down to visit and it really just hurts to sit there and try to talk to her normally while watching her have coughing fits and struggling to breath or even move out of her chair.
