Father with cancer on last stages. Muslim

my father has cancer. And is now on his last leg. Im lost to say the least but feel guilty as its my father who is ill and why do act like im the victim

i was looking for muslims online who are dealing with cancer themselves or of a loved one and who feel lonely even though they have family around them.

please dont get offended if you read this if your not muslim. I ask for a muslims point of view becuase its my religion thats keeping me together at the moment. Religion teaches us about patience and hardship but i feel like im failing everything right now

feel free to reply even if your not muslim

  • Hi cancer doesn't care about faith, religion or anything else .alot of times relatives find it harder than the person with cancer, alot of healthy people really struggle , especially what to say or do in certain circumstances .i think it's help when help neaded,or just sit and talk about anything like old times (things he likes to talk about),old memories .

Remember look after yourself as well .

    Take care .
