Hi chemo brain , happens to most people who have chemo, memory loss, getting words mixed up,( thinking of table saying chair,as one example) forgetting words.alot of people have different problems during and after treatment.

Alot improve after treatment.some, have trouble for years later.

Chemo fog or chemo brain  is certainly something that has been genuinely seen as a side effect from chemotherapy. You can read more about it here on the Breast Cancer Now website and some suggestions about how to deal with the symptoms  

Not everyone will get this and some people will have it in varying degrees. It can eventually go, but for some, it may stay in different forms.

It's always worth mentioning it to your specialist so they are aware of all your symptoms and side effects.

Hopefully, things will settle down a bit and I hope you continue to do well with your post op recovery
