I am sorry to learn about the symptoms you are having and can appreciate that things like this can be a worry. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to be able to shed any light on what is going on, but I do know that the same symptoms that might appear to be due to cancer can also occur for other reasons. Try not to be overly alarmed if you can, but do get some more input from your GP.  

You could either talk things over again with the same GP or ask to see another GP or the practice nurse at your surgery. Ask for a physical examination and take it from here. GPs can refer to the local breast clinic if they think it is necessary so ask about this as well.
