I am sorry to hear about your situation and I can understand how unsettling this must be waiting for further tests and then results.

It is good to hear that you are having a CT Colonography and hopefully this may help find out the cause of any symptoms you may have. Try if you can not to over think it for now. There may well be other reasons for your symptoms such as polyps which are usually benign (not cancerous). It is quite common to repeat tests such as FIT tests if they want to confirm the results.

I am sure that once they have more information they will arrange an appointment with a gastroenterologist.
