Hello I have been told 2 x BCC on my nose , askedMaxiofacial consultant  about MOHS and was told NHS does not do this, would need to go private , have noticed on s lot of threads here that other people have been offered MOHS , can you please help and advise , I was told by surgeon/consultant a skin flap will be used and poss disfiguring of nose on one of the BCC , was also told 6/9 months to wait for surgery
