Ascites and cancer

Hi my husband has ascites fluid and we are getting it drained at 9am tomorrow.

He has a low SAGG score 0.5 all his bloods are abnormal.

He has had a CT scan last monday but nothing back.

Do you think he has stage 4 cancer of the stomach.

Just want to know as i dont want to fall apart tomorrow morning.
