Thickened node.

I had invasive Lobular Breast cancer 2021. 5cm, 1 micromet,I had mastectomy, radiotherapy, zoladex,Anastrozole and zometa. In 2022 act picked up 3 enlarged lymph nodes in Axilla in opposite of my bod, biopsy was clear. The axilla has been tender ever once and I have been worried but was made to feel like I was just over reacting, now 4 years later CT showed one thickened Axilla. The oncologist said she wanted to do another biopsy but thought it may be scar tissue ( I’m not sure how as my surgery was on the other side of my body) .I am now in panic mode and won’t find out for a month. Are there any reasons that a node can be thickened other than cancer or this amount of time? Or should I just brace myself?
