Hello

so I will try and keep this as simple as people 

my kidney has been removed with a 9/10 cm tumour biopsy has come back I’m pt3a with clear margins I've been offered chemo and immunotherapy 

but they said if I have that treatment now and I get cancer again in the same place I won’t be able to have the full treatment again 

but if cancer comes in a different place I will be able to get the full treatment 

so do I have treatment now or wait and see if it returns I’m so confused I’m thinking what if it in some tissue you haven’t removed 

and if I have treatment now then I hopefully kill it before it gets worse 

really don’t know what to do any advise please
