Hi Trsp I have just had a vulva biopsy, previously having been diagnosed with VIN3 and was told 2-4 weeks for results although i'm in the North West. The results for my previous biopsy in May last year however actually took 12 weeks to come back! It's so frustrating just waiting but I would advise to give it 4 weeks then chase up if still not heard. Good luck x

Thank you for commenting . It just seems ridiculous to be waiting for what could potentially be a very concerning diagnosis . It'll be 7 weeks on Monday since biopsy . I think I'll phone GP next week but I just feel I'll get told that I still need to wait as if hope they'd have got in touch with results if they had them . Appreciate you taking time out to reply . When I waited so long the first time, I phoned the gynae department at the hospital where I had it done to chase up. They were very helpful and the second time I chased the results had come back but the consultant hadn't yet wrote her report so she sent a message to her to remind her how long I'd been waiting then I got the letter through soon after that. So definitely worth chasing up with the department or secretary at the hospital as I don't think GP can do much x
