I’ve had two lots of treatment for two different areas of Cancer in the last 18 months and I’m worried it’s not completely gone?

I was diagnosed with tongue and neck Cancer and went through Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy for those areas.Then after scans it was discovered that I had Anul Rectal and Pelvis Cancer and had to endure the repeat treatment of Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy for a second time.It was a challenging time from start to finish and I’m still in recovery as it’s only 4months since I completed my treatment.

Ive been told that I’ve responded extremely well to treatment and that I’m all good,but I don’t think I am.My Oncilogist is repeating Scans in December as there is something that they are hoping it to be scar tissue,but I’m very very concerned that it’s still Can er as it’s very prominent.

My anxiety and nerves are getting to me.I feel so alone in this journey and have done since day one.What should I do?
