Afternoon,

My sister has a metastatic left front lobal lesion with primary left lung cancer, also intra abdominal mets and lytic L5.

Over the last 4 weeks she has walked into a hospital and now is wheel chair bound with severe pain in the groin its a horrific pain,

she can no longer shower, use toilet facilities with our aid, her life has become unbearable, today she has described what she says is a clicking in 

her groin and the pain is worse than ever, would this be related to the cancer or could this be a totally separate injury?
