The majority of benign lumps/cysts disappear over time but in some cases they never completely go away.

You may be interested in reading Breast Cancer Now's information about benign cysts.

If of course you notice any changes in the cyst or it appears to get any bigger then do go back and get it checked by your GP.

Thank you. I feel like I am perimenopausal so that would made sense but the pain of the breasts is just constant.
