I have the Kras mutation too. It basically it makes the cancer cells grow. They have inhibitors to stop it now. I also have lung cancer. The oncology nurse explained it to me. The test result showed up on app before seeing her.Hope all goes well for you.

I didn't need any more treatment after lobectomy

That would be amazing , it’s been hard recovery - how did you find it ? I hope you’re ok now ? 

I think it must be a tablet. They told I need any treatment. They will probably give it, if cancer comes back. I found the recovery tough. I was short of breath going up small slopes. It taking ages to get my level of fitness back. Also have a dry cough. It's beginning to ease of now. I'm doing ok thanks. Hope you don't need anymore treatment. This is not for the faint hearted.
