Ive recently found a lump on my vaginal wall where roughly bladder would sit above, it’s about the size of a pea maybe a little smaller on the left, I’ve had lower back pain also on my right side for just over a year also and afew months ago my doctor told me I had high blood pressure, every so often I would have awful migraines but they have started over the past year too.
I guess I’m just concerned about the lump on the inside because I know it’s not a STI or STD because I haven’t had a partner in nearly 5 years but I was hoping a nurse could maybe give me some answers of benign things could be going on down their.
