Hi there I finished Chemo nearly 3 weeks ago and suffer with really itchy skin on my upper body and have a rash on my arms that comes and goes. Can you recommend anything to relieve this... Thank you Caroline
E45 or balneum itch relief cream can cool the itch from the rash. As can steroid creams. Using non scented emmolient bath oil instead of soap can help too. Lukewarm water instead of hot.
Where there is no rash or visible irritation is more difficult to treat and you should ask at your clinic.
