Hi. A few months ago I had a PSA test, a CT scan of the pelvic area and a chest X Ray after generally feeling unwell, shakey and tired for several months before. I also had and have spasms in different areas of my body, fast pulse rate and a burning pain in my buttocks. Since then I regularly get pain in the hips, a tingling pain in my back and chest and a strange numbness to my face. I also feel like I've got a hang over every day since December. Work has been incredibly hard for the last 6 momths. After a few months of feeling unwell I became increasingly worried that it may be cancer, especially stage 4 prostate. The chest x Ray came back as normal and so did the CT scan except for a moderately enlarged prostate (the report said that concern for this was low) The PSA result was normal (I'm 52) I'm still so worried that this is something very serious. I haven't been back to my GP since having the results back in March as I just can't face it and my wife and I had been so worried. I'm wondering how likely it is that I have advanced prostate cancer with a normal PSA and just an enlarged prostate on the CT scan? Sorry for how disjointed this post is, as writing isn't my strong point
