I am sorry to hear about your situation. This must have been so hard for you to go through further tests for another potential cancer. It is understandable that this has been very unsettling for you.

It may be helpful to make an appointment with your GP to let them know how this has all made you feel.

Sometimes some talking therapies or some counselling may help you get through the next few weeks.

We have some information about the different types of counselling that is available. You can be referred by your GP but if you are referred you may not be able to see someone for a while and you won't have a choice as to who you can choose.

You may find it helpful to look at Maggies. You can visit this charity on line or in person and they have clinical psychologists.

It really can help to talk through your feelings.

Of course you are feeling exhausted. It’s an emotional rollercoaster. Try to take the good news at face value. Doctors always like to err on the side of caution so that’s why they called you back in for tests. Put your one year cancer free milestone at the front of your mind and push the niggling doubts to the back. Enjoy the moment and give yourself some time to breathe.

Thank you for your reply, I will take a look at the councelling. Unfortunately, there isn't a Maggies close by for me to attend.
