t is never easy waiting to get results and hospitals can vary in the way their patients receive them. They can be given face to face, or by letter or telephone. But regardless of how someone receives their results from their doctor, there is no way of knowing what the results will show, so try not to over think things for now.

Easier said than done but try and take it one step at a time until you know more. Some people find talking it through with family and friends and keeping busy can sometimes help. 

As I mentioned before you've had your breast lump for a few years, so it's unlikely the biopsy will show anything of concern. But you need your doctor to confirm this

Hi my query isn’t the exact same as yours but I’m not sure If someone could help me I’ve never been on this site until now.so I had my biopsy results Christmas Eve and was told at f2f appointment it wasn’t cancer but I have a rare tumour in esophagus. I looked on my nhs app yesterday to see the results which I got in person wich states granular cell tumour which I knew about but also states i have soft part sarcoma im worried now as I’ve been told I don’t have cancer and my app is saying i have. Thanks in advance for any replies
