Hi Holman and welcome to the forum, though I'm sorry you have to be here, bowel issues are not uncommon shortly after RT, due to radiation proctitis, damage to the lining of the bowel from treatment, usually with blood, mucus or both in the stools, which is what I get, and it is usually left for your body to heal it. If your leaking faecal matter my friend, you should contact your doctor or nurse.

Hello and thanks for posting
Radiotherapy to the prostate can change the way the bowel works. Bowel motions may be more frequent and loose . This can start weeks or months after finishing radiotherapy treatment.
Prostate Cancer UK has information on this and what may help on their website.
Always speak to your doctor, or specialist nurse about any changes in your bowel habits. They can give advice and support to help manage them. There are medicines available to help with symptoms and control diarrhoea.
I hope this is of some use. Give us a ring if you would to talk anything over. The number to call is Freephone 0808 800 4040 and the lines are open from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
Kind regards,
Celene
