High grademeans that the cells can be faster growing, and more aggressive, which is why your doctors will be getting on with your treatments.

I am sorry to read about your recent diagnosis of high grade lymphoma.
While high grade lymphoma is known to be aggressive, its quick growth means it responds well to intensive treatments such as chemotherapy, which means it has a good chance of being cured.
As my colleague Sarah wrote in her post there are charities that can provide information and support; such as Lymphoma Action.
