Looking for people who have similar experience

A year ago, after not having periods for a year, I started to bleed. This lasted several weeks. The GP referred me and I had a scan, I was then sent for biopsy and thankfully it came back clear. The gynecologist put a coil in and I changed my hrt. It has been going well since.

Now, 1 year later, I have started to bleed again. GP sending me for another scan. Anyone had anything similar?

  • As I noticed your post still hasn’t received a reply, I wanted to stop by and give you a warm welcome to Cancer Chat, Letushopenot.

    It sounds like you’ve been through a lot over the past year, and I can imagine how unsettling it must be to face this situation again after things had been going well. On the positive side, it’s good to know your GP is arranging another scan to investigate further.

    While I can’t provide medical advice, I hope you’ll hear from others in the community who may have had similar experiences and can share their insights.

    Thank you for taking the time to reply. I appreciate it. I will consider the chat line if I need it. I have received a date for my scan next Friday.
