bedsores medicine recommendations

My 75 year-old mother is battling breast cancer, which has unfortunately spread to her bones. She has been unable to move for over a year and is now suffering from advanced bedsores, classified as stage 3 or 4.

I’m seeking recommendations for effective medications or creams that could help heal her bedsores and improve her condition. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    A very warm welcome to our forum.

    I am so sorry to hear about your mum. This is not something that you can treat yourself. This is something that the district nurses should be taking care of. Contact your mum's GP as soon as you can and ask for this service. This should have been picked up by her medical team, long before the bedsores reached the advanced stage. I do hope that you can get the help that your mum needs soon. Please keep in touch and let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.
