Hello, I went through a full mastectomy and had all the lymphnodes from under my arm removed at the same time and the armpit pain was genuinely worse than the chest pain. Stay dosed up and resting it’s very early days since your op but keep a diary of the symptoms as you go as well. Hope you feel better soon :)

Morning, thanks so much for responding:) I had heard that the armpit pain could be worse, but I really wasn't expecting the pain to be so severe. I resorted to taking some codeine yesterday, but hoping I'll manage with paracetamol today. I really hope that your recovery is going well xx
