PSA results do fluctuate from time to time in small degrees, and doctors are more interested in trends over time, or when a PSA result might double in values.
It is a negligible change, so I wouldn't be concerned. We would always suggest discussing concerns with your doctor. They are best placed to place it in an overall context to your health situation.
