Hi
i have recently had a blood test for PSA and can see that my levels are as they are on my record recently uploaded
0.569 ug/L
is this a cause for concern as it was slightly higher than my previous result of
0.431 ug/L

Hello and thanks for posting,
PSA results do fluctuate from time to time in small degrees, and doctors are more interested in trends over time, or when a PSA result might double in values.
It is a negligible change, so I wouldn't be concerned. We would always suggest discussing concerns with your doctor. They are best placed to place it in an overall context to your health situation.
Hope this helps,
Best wishes,
Vanda
