I didn't lose my hair on Capox. It thinned a little but was not noticeable although obviously that may be different depending on how much hair start with! Good luck to you.

Hair loss was the least of my concerns when l was on this regime. Pay attention to potential neuropathy and inform your medical team if the pain starts to get too much. hope it goes well for you,

I see you’ve had some good replies already from other forum members.

Your hair may get thinner. But you are unlikely to lose all the hair from your head. Hair loss usually starts after the first or second treatment. Your hair will usually grow back once treatment has finished but it is likely to be softer. It may grow back a different colour or be curlier than before.
