I am feeling a little worried and scared to go to the doctors and look silly.
I have been struggling with right shoulder pain on and off for maybe 6 months, and recently realised it is worsened when I drink alcohol. The last time I drank was just 3 gins with dinner and I was sick- not drunk at all.
The pain in my shoulder worse when I lay down and is like a dull achy feeling that feels like it goes down my arm.
I struggle with shortness of breath but I have put this down to being less fit than I have been in the past.
I also struggle with fatigue and brain fog, and just struggling for energy when I am out and about.
I have today been reading about my shoulder pain, and as you maybe shouldn’t I have found lots on Google that has made me worry.
I have a lump in the top of my neck on the right hand side.
i have now worried myself googling things. And feel silly ringing the doctors and sounding like I have self diagnosed. My doctors very quickly shut things off but I really need to be listened to for my own piece of mind.
please let me know what I should do or how to make the doctors listen
thanks
Lizzie xx
