Why do I have a weird sensation when I ejaculate with just a little fluid drip comes out
Hello WeeTopsy and welcome to the forum, I am not a nurse, though i have prostate cancer and also issues with ejaculates. Can you please tell me where you are with your cancer, IE testing, treatment/ which or post treatment, take care.

I am afraid that it is not possible for us to know why this happens. If you are concerned do make a GP appointment so you can be checked out.
