I was on letrozole fir five years abd finished last November. My breasts feel full and wonder if I should go back on the tablets as I had no side effects
People tend to takeLetrozolefor 5 years which is the recommended duration unless the cancer comes back before the 5 years is up. The research suggests that the Letrozole continues to work even after it finishes and there is no benefit for people taking it longer than this.
