I have just completed 4 cycles of EC and Pembro and after the last cycle I have developed a problem with fluid build up behind my ear drum. I have had this checked by the doctor and been told that it's not infected so basically to get on with it and suck some sweets. I have now had been in minor pain with it for 2 weeks and l just wanted to know if this is something that l need to contact the oncology nurses about or will it get better over time? Thank you.
