There is no clear evidence that Tamoxifen causes weight gain however it is possible that it can cause some fluid retention and rarely swelling in the ovaries. I am not sure if that is causing your stomach to look bigger. 

As you know you can gain weight for many reasons such as living a less active life and eating more. 

Do mention this to your breast team when you next see them.

Ha ha , I thought I was just getting fat , gone up a dress size too . I do like my food and wine as well !I

You got to laugh ladies I’m moaning about weight gain and I’m sat here bottle of wine and a Chinese on route lol 

rumple I’ve also gone up a dress size my arms are fat now too x
