Hello Lara ,how long has this been going on ? Do you feel the swelling only after food ? How long before bloating goes ? Are your bowels as before ? Get it checked with Gp if I were you .

I have put on a stone since starting tamoxifen not even a year ago , the stone is around my belly I feel fat and uncomfortable like proper middie age soread , my bowel movements have never been good to be honest but they are the same as before xx
move never been small but could get away with certain clothes now I’m finding it difficult x

There is no clear evidence that Tamoxifen causes weight gain however it is possible that it can cause some fluid retention and rarely swelling in the ovaries. I am not sure if that is causing your stomach to look bigger.
As you know you can gain weight for many reasons such as living a less active life and eating more.
Do mention this to your breast team when you next see them.
