23 and stressed

Hey i just need to help or guidance because I’m so stressed .

I’ve had lumps in my boobs before and have had them checked out all fine. For about 6-8 months I’ve had eczema on both my nipples and just thought it was build up of my body oil. I thought it Better get it checked and the dr found a hard small lump well you can imagine I’m absolutely panicking now. I’ve been set to the breast clinic I’ve been before so I know what happens but I’m just so worried. My left boob is currently bigger than the right (left is where the lump is) I am 10 days before my period so I don’t know if this is normal. I’m getting pain very dull in my left boob and in both armpits . I also have stretch marks on my left boob and not the other I’m so worried that it’s something serious I’m not sleeping i don’t wanna even look at the boobs or touch them I’m crying and it’s really messing with my MH:(

     I am sorry to hear that you have concerns about your breast. I know how unsettling it can be waiting for appointments to find out what it will all mean.

    Breast cancer at your age is really not very common. Benign (not cancer) lumps are far more common in someone of your age. It is good that you have seen the GP and she has referred you. Often doctors refer women to breast clinics not because they suspect cancer but because they want to find out the cause of the lump and also to rule anything serious out.

    It is also quite common to have one breast larger than the other. Pain before periods is also common and is not a sign of breast cancer. Breast Cancer Now has produced some information on non-cancerous breast conditions and what should my breasts feel like.

    Trying to wear a supportive bra may help with any discomfort that you are feeling.

    Hi all i went to the breast clinic and all is fine. The dr said it’s eczema on my nipples and he left both breasts and said that I have lumpy breasts. The lady did a ultrasound and said all is fine so o think that’s a good think thank u to u all for support and help god bless you all xoxox
