Does appointment for biopsy results with Oncologist mean it’s definitely cancer?

Husband had mole removed a month ago and was warned it could be melanoma but also could be blue nevus (I think) He was told 70% of biopsies are negative so they didn’t remove too much It’s been a long anxious wait for the biopsy results and he was phoned yesterday to book an appointment next week for this - the letter has come now to confirm and it’s with “Medical Oncology, Dermatology Team.” Does this confirm that it’s positive for cancer? He’s quite positive still but I’m struggling with this waiting and worrying. Or am I being naive and it’s obvious it’s positive!

  • Hopefully the slnb will come back negative. I had melanoma in situ and stage 1 in 2 different moles. I was 20 first time and barely knew it was cancer. The second time was recently, so I decided to change my diet and lifestyle to prevent any recurrence or potential progress. I avoid long exposition to f course but also don't  eat suggar, avoid industrialised products and I since I read the recent studies on cancer I do intermittent fasting everyday for at least 16 hours. I just think that we young people really underestimate melanoma.
