I don't think anyone can presume that because they have to wait 2.5 weeks for an appointment to get their biopsy results that they don’t have anything to worry about. This is a normal timeframe for people to wait. Everything will hopefully be fine but you need your hospital team to confirm this for you.

Hopefully, someone will come along and post. But do bear in mind that everyone's situation is different, so whatever happened with them might not shed any light on your situation. 

Waiting when you are worried is stressful but hopefully you will find out more soon. there are several types of basal cell carcinoma's. Nodular basal carcinoma being the most common. Infiltrative nodular basal cell carcinoma is a subtype of nodular basal cell carcinoma. The pathologist has looked at the cells under the microscope to work out the depth of the cancer so the doctors can decide the most appropriate treatment. Basal cell carcinomas are usually very easily treated. 

They tend to grow down rather then spread to other parts of the body. They are also fairly slow growing.

I've been waiting two weeks for bone marrow biopsy and aspiration got appointment to see consultant tomorrow it's been a stressful two weeks
