Breast Radiation Effects

Hi

I finished 4 weeks radiation last December after a lumpectomy for Stage 1 Lobular Carcinoma. I am due back for mammogram in September.

my breast tissue seems to have changed a lot, it can be sore and feel hard in places. My breast will have an indent where I lie on it at night. 
 

just checking in if these things  are just normal changes as I can't feel if I have a lump anymore as all the tissue is kind of hard in places and feels lumpy. Feel well and taking tamoxifen.

    I am starting my radiology tomorrow after lumpectomy last dec  hope you are ok not sure what to expect take care x

    I had 4 weeks of radiation, it took 10-15 minutes each day. You don't feel a thing when you are getting it. After 2 weeks my skin started to go red. Use the creams they recommend, I have had worse sun burn! I didn't get fatigued and stayed working every day.

    I have found most of the effects to be weeks after, not sure if it's all normal or not. I still have a bit of a tan on one side!

    you'll get through it all!
