Iam 65 and I have psa level of 14.5 every year it goes up I have been told my prostate is very large I have had all the tests but no sign of prostate cancer iam 11stone and keep myself very fit
Please don't take what i say as gospel, but i know psa can rise because of infection, i don't know how much difference infection makes.
I was 64 when diagnosed psa 1500+ my prostate was normal size so you can see things can vary alot.
