Blood in the urine can also be due to some kidney conditions, as well as various bladder issues. Unfortunately, we cannot be more specific than that.

Hopefully your GP will let you know what they plan to do next, if they need more clinical information. They may suggest referring you to the hospital for further tests. Try not to worry too much, and be mindful of Googling too much, as it can increase anxiety rather than help.
