Lump in head

Hi, i have tonight just noticed a small hard lump on the back of my head it's to the left of my head in line with the middle of my ear - the lump doesn't move and it feels hard asif it could be bone? I'm certain this has just appeared out of nowhere and it doesn't move, should I get this checked or does it sound something of nothing?

    Hi,

     

    I have the exact same problem as you, but I also have an inflamed lymph node on the left side of my neck, which made me think the lump on my head could also be an inflamed lymph node. 

     

    I hope your problem resolves or that you get your answers from your GP.
