Breast question

Hi , I'm very worried about something in my breast. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and last week I noticed what feels like a tube coming from my nipple. It's easy feel and it feels very hard. Its about 1cm in length from the nipple up into breast. Does not move. Is not sore. Any one any ideas. Thank you

    I have had solid pieces of duct that feels like wire, duct exctasia they can get inflamed and painful mine  have come and gone over the years some have been removed but none have been cancerous.
    I hope yours calm down and you can relax and have your baby. I would have a word with my G.P.  They can get infected and antibiotics can help or just some painkillers when needed.  Tell your healthcare team and get their opinion.
