I was on the depo contraceptive injection for 3 years and my last injection was in May 21 meaning my next injection would of been August 21. Since coming off the depo I have noticed I can sometimes (more times than not) bleed after having an orgasm not by penetration this would only be when I wiped after going to the toilet not enough to use a period pad. Also, sometimes after I have been to the toilet there will be blood with sometimes little blood clots again not enough to use a period pad. Does this mean my period could be coming? I didn't have a period or bleed for the whole of the 3 years I was on the injection. I try ring the doctors but can never get an appointment or don't answer the phone. I am really worried, could this be serious as it can only occur at these times?
