Hi there hope you are ok. I am going through something similar, left breast is tender and noticeably larger now, and sort of harder. Forgot to mention the size difference, but the doctor has reffered me on the basis of the discomfort/anxiety I am feeling surrounding it. Nervous and confused, I'm 32 with a toddler and have had a few health worries over the last year and just struggling xx

I haven't been to the doctor yet as most of what I have read seems to be linked to the peri menopause, but I think my next step is certainly a trip to the doctors. Thank you for responding, I hope that you get your mind put at ease soon. Try not to worry (I know that's easy to say but not easy to do) as normally anything more sinister is without pain. Let me know how you get on.

I hope the doctors can reassure you and help you get to the bottom of your symptoms- you must call them and arrange an appointment!

i think I just find this site reassuring as sometimes Friends and family just don't understand if they're not going through the same sort of worries themselves! 
 

doesn't help that I have a few different things going on and it just feels like one thing after another.
